STF Swiss benefits from the experience of the STF Group in Germany with its numerous customer projects. In this way, STF Swiss can generate individual solutions that guarantee maximum efficiency and sustainability.

The STF Group is a longstanding and reliable partner of Vodafone when it comes to network development. The collaboration includes the provision of services as part of the nationwide network expansion, such as radio network and connection planning.

In addition, the STF Group also supports Vodafone in optimizing the existing radio and landline network as well as in the context of special projects, such as the installation of in-house networks to ensure high network quality.

The STF Group supports Deutsche Telekom in the implementation of broadband expansion across Germany. As a strong partner, we support the planning of fiber optic networks in commercial areas, municipalities, and newly developed areas – whether regular business such as FTTC/FTTH expansion or special projects such as TVUM (television and multimedia), transmission paths, MBfM (More Broadband for Me) and direct service areas. Our specialist planners are not trained for specific tasks only but can be deployed individually.

We have also risen to the challenge of turnkey projects such as the HYTAS conversion in eastern Germany. Planning, construction supervision, transmission path and approval planning in close coordination with authorities and institutions, as well as project management and project documentation up to the turnkey handover to the customer call for perfect organisation, quality, and compliance with deadlines.

Construction supervision is another topic that is gaining in importance and we at STF are happy to provide support in this area as well. Here, the focus lies on verifying that the construction method is in line with the rules and that the executing companies and the site management comply with the specified safety regulations and working conditions.

1&1 Versatel offers corporate customers a wide range of telecommunications solutions. In order to be able to cope with the rapid growth in customers, the STF Group supports 1&1 Versatel in the implementation of customer connections.

The STF Group is the end-to-end contact here for both the customer and the network operator. In addition to transferring the orders to the 1&1 Versatel workflow tool, we support the telecommunications specialist in implementing fiber optic connections, preparing on-site appointments including inspection, documenting the connection, and managing the construction project. Other services the STF Group provides include planning the transmission paths, necessary hardware upgrades in the active network, and configuration in the live network. In this context, the STF Group takes over the final commissioning, including verifying the agreed KPIs (e.g., bandwidth, latency, back-up switchover) and any necessary troubleshooting to bring about the required parameters.

STF Energy provided key support to Fressnapf, Europe’s largest retail chain for pet food, with the new construction of the Fressnapf Academy.

In providing the specialist planning for technical building equipment, STF experts were called on to account for efficiency potentials in the areas of heating, sanitation, ventilation, and air conditioning as extensively as possible. To this end, a comprehensive energy concept was initially drawn up in compliance with the statutory requirements. In the new building, gas heat pumps for variable-temperature cooling and heating as well as thermostatically controlled air inlets were integrated. With the help of STF Energy, the new headquarters of the Fressnapf Academy were successfully transformed into a modern and energy-efficient building.
